DCa were engaged by Redrow Homes South Midlands to undertake the master planning on this attractive site, situated close to the historic town of Towcester in Northamptonshire.

Phases 1 and 2 of the new 120 home development are now partially occupied.

Nestled within a secluded valley estate, the homes are woven between the mature woodland and existing glades taking advantage of the unique wooded estate setting.

Having recently gained approval for the Reserved Matters for a further series of bespoke designed and Redrow Homes’ Premium range houses, works are now underway on site to open up the extensive parkland in which the houses sit.

Plans for Phase 3 are anticipated to follow shortly.
