We were delighted to secure planning approval for this Olney based project.

The development will see the removal of modern additions to the original convent building and the construction of eleven three and four-bedroom homes.

We have set out to create a sensitive scheme which will enhance the setting and deliver much needed sustainable family housing in the centre of Olney. The scheme is designed to protect the significant assets of the site; the trees and original convent building and provide a safe and convenient place for families to live and passers-by to enjoy. The scheme has evolved in response to a public engagement exercise and we believe the development will be a real asset to the town.
