Detailed planning consent was sought by Bellway Homes to build 34 new homes on this site in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire.

The scheme provides a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, including affordable housing. The development creates a safe and secure environment, with attractive frontages to the street, good passive surveillance, secure off road parking to all plots and a new recreational space to the eastern area of the site open for use by the wider community. A sense of arrival into the new development has been achieved through design, orientation and key plots as focal points.  The site layout maximise pedestrian and cycle access within safe, direct and attractive routes that are well overlooked by adjacent dwellings. 

In accordance with the Design Codes, all homes have a Code for Sustainable Homes rating of at least level 3.
