A DCa initiative, this project has been featured on television, in the press and has been exhibited at the Milton Keynes Art Gallery. The concept is for a 44 storey mixed use tower set above a pedestrian plaza linking Central MK to Campbell Park. The tower would house apartments, a five star hotel as well as retail and leisure facilities. The plaza would itself be flanked by shops with commercial and leisure space above. The tower takes its inspiration from the double helix of DNA – representing growth, evolution and ambition; all qualities pertinent to Milton Keynes. This is the building MK deserves and it would become an iconic symbol and reference point, giving the city a new and appropriate identity for the 21st Century.
