The Grange, Grendon

Date of Completion

July 2002

Project Details

Our work on this important listed building involved the design of a new indoor swimming pool, a new orangery and main entrance, the restoration and extension of a stable block to form a residential annex and garaging and a lodge to be located at the entrance gates to the property. These were dealt with as separate successful planning applications by working closely with the Conservation Officer.

The work has been carried out to an extremely high quality by our client who has his own construction and joinery companies. The stonework, including fine stone dressings, has been restored and replaced as part of the works.
