After a favourable pre-application response, we have submitted a planning application this week for a spectacular new replacement dwelling in Aspley Guise in Bedfordshire.

The design delivers a family home fit for the 21st Century that will endeavour to achieve an excellent standard of living, whilst providing a high level of sustainable technologies to minimise the building's carbon footprint.

Sympathetic to the surrounding area and providing a sense of arrival and appearance, the dwelling is fully integrated within the proposed site layout, taking advantage of the views across the gardens and the village.

The proposed scheme will deliver a selection of high quality, functional and flexible spaces and accommodation through good design and the specification of high quality materials.
