Construction works by Taggart Homes are approaching completion on site in Carterton, Oxfordshire with numerous homes now occupied.

DCa secured planning consent and produced the working drawings for the scheme, delivering a mix of 32 two, three, four and five bedroom homes. A meandering road layout responded to the linear shape of the site and was used, with the bespoke designed homes, to create a varied streetscape and layout.

The site is attractively situated on the edge of the settlement, immediately adjacent to the country park and beautiful countryside and was purposefully designed to benefit from using locally sourced materials, with stone from nearby Brize Norton and the timber frames from Witney.

The development comprises a mix of open market houses with a range of affordable houses and apartments.
