Our residential scheme in Great Horwood is now complete and fully occupied!

Working with our client, High Street Homes, planning consent was secured in 2020 for 15 new homes, together with public park space for use by the new residents and the local community. The development provides a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in a beautiful setting on the edge of this pretty Buckinghamshire village.

The design has been developed very carefully to ensure that it successfully respects the Council’s design guidance, the adopted Great Horwood Parish Neighbourhood Plan, the Great Horwood Conservation Area document and the associated design guides.
