Detailed planning consent has recently been secured for a new residential development of 23 homes in the heart of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire.  The site was previously agricultural land and was brought forward as part of the neighbourhood plan to address the housing needs of the village.

In working up the detailed drawings for the site, it was very important that the design of the homes would be sympathetic to this attractive village and its countryside context, taking advantage of the views towards the open countryside and the church.

The scheme incorporates a mix of property types, including two, three and four bedroom homes.  Development is expected to start mid 2018.
