DCa is committed to:

We work closely with our clients to understand their objectives and meet their requirements. Much of our work is from referral and repeat commissioning which is a result of the good relationships we build.

We believe in the potential of all our staff and aim to assist and offer further opportunities to further develop their skills and careers within DCa. We run a regular CPD, (continual professional development), programme to provide a continuous source of new knowledge.

We are passionate about education and provide several work experience placements each year for students at local schools. We hold career advice days for students considering an occupation in architecture and speak to groups of students about their career aspirations. We continue to offer placements for Part I, II and III architectural students. We strive to provide our staff with a healthy work-life balance. We encourage our employees to build a long term future with us and are committed to reinvesting in the Company for the long term benefit of our employees.
