DCa was appointed to design and deliver a detailed planning application for this residential scheme in the heart of Aston Clinton in Buckinghamshire.

Detailed planning consent was secured in April 2018 for a development of 23 homes. The site was previously agricultural land and was brought forward as part of the neighbourhood plan to address the housing needs of the village.

In working up the detailed drawings for the site, it was very important that the design of the homes would be sympathetic to this attractive village and its countryside context, taking advantage of the views towards the open countryside and the church.

The scheme incorporates a mix of property types, including two, three and four bedroom homes.
